Strategic Leader for our Go Initiative

We are looking for a full-time Strategic Leader for our Go Initiative Team. This person promotes church-based local and global witness and engagement. They also provide support and guidance to both Go Strategic Initiative Staff and Volunteer Teams, as needed. They work independently with team members, Trinity staff and attendees to influence and facilitate meaningful involvement in local and global witness. They oversee all aspects of Trinity’s Go Strategic Initiative, including local and global partnerships, missionaries (sending and support), centralized and decentralized environments and departmental goals and reporting. They direct budgetary decisions and establish policies, projects and activities associated with them. They work in conjunction with other ministries within and outside of Trinity Church to assure that coordinated, integrated and complementary ministry is provided according to Trinity Church’s Mission, Vision and Values.

NextGen Recruiting Team Leader

Trinity Church is looking for a relationally savvy, connection-oriented individual to serve on our NextGent department to serve as the primary recruiter for NextGen Ministry in a part-time capacity (approximately 20 hours/week). This position is responsible for both follow-up with approved and background-checked individuals who express interest in serving through digital or other means, as well as actively initiating contact with prospects who may be ideal candidates. This individual utilizes church resources to steward potential candidates through the process to help assess optimal placement in serving roles and integrates with other team members as appropriate, for smooth hand-off of all candidates to placement in ministry positions. This position reports directly to the Strategic Leader of NextGen ministry for weekly and ongoing recruiting needs, as well as integrates with other departmental personnel to ensure smooth communication and connection for optimal filling of roles and placement.
