Thrive: Moms of Purpose seeks to equip, support, and partner with you in all aspects of your parenting. Wednesday Night Women’s Group (40+) will meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, 6:00-7:30pm at Trinity in Room 162. Joy describes her vision for the group like this, “I know that “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” -Romans 10:17, and that “the just shall live by faith.” Habakkuk 2:4b. I’m hopeful that as we delve into the Word with careful and focused attention, God will cause us to hear, understand, and trust in His word all the more. I’m praying that as we seek Jesus through study, prayer, and the filling of our hearts and minds with the Word, He would reveal more of himself to us, and our faith would be strengthened and bolstered. I’m also praying that as we draw closer to Him, we would be transformed by the renewing of our minds, and know his will. Further, I believe that He will prosper us, by equipping us with everything we need (namely faith) to carry out his will on earth. I’m praying that the transformation we experience would cause our faith to work through love and impact and revitalize our homes, families, communities, and thereby world at large.”

It is only through the saving grace of Jesus Christ that healing will begin from strongholds of codependency, anger, fear, shame, chemical addiction, food issues, dysfunctional and abusive relationships and more. We focus on living out the Greatest Commandments by working on emotional intelligence skills, grief and loss issues, and deepening relationships with God and others.

We welcome children ages 5-12, but we encourage inquiries in special cases. We meet every Sunday morning during the school year (except for holidays) at 9:15am in Room 224. Sign up below to let us know you’re interested in having your child(ren) participate in LPC.

During the cooler months, bring your kids for playtime fun inside! They’ll have an opportunity to play with friends and you’ll have a chance to connect with other parents. We’ll have toys and games set up and be open for play from 9:30am-12:00pm. Invite your friends and neighbors! Plan a picnic lunch with friends.

Celebrate Recovery is all about celebrating the healing and transformation found in Christ so that we can experience full life with Him! CR is a safe community where participants connect with one another as they work through eight recovery principles based on the Beatitudes.

CR attendees find freedom from hurts, habits, and hang-ups of MANY kinds as we walk the recovery road together. It is only through the saving grace of Jesus Christ that healing will begin from strongholds of codependency, anger, fear, shame, chemical addiction, food issues, dysfunctional and abusive relationships and more.
