Trinity Church volunteers came alongside Gardner International Magnet School staff to host a fun and festive Trunk’r’Treat event on October 27, 2023. Hundreds of students and families attended, dressed in their Halloween costumes and walking from trunk to trunk to receive Halloween treats. Trunks were decorated for the event. Decorations included the Candy Pharmacy, an Under the Sea theme including a mermaid and a starfish, a Fall Apple theme, including freshly picked apples and delicious cookies, and many more. There were over 20 trunks provided for the event and candy donations were received from Trinity Church attenders and Gardner families. Trinity Church volunteers hosted 11 of the trunks for the event, engaging with students and handing out candy treats.
