Joshua G. Broemer, age 21, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away suddenly on August 8, 2022. Josh was born on September 23, 2000, in Marquette, Michigan. He graduated from East Lansing High School while taking classes at Lansing Community College where he was working toward his associate’s degree. Josh has always been full of life – he was joyful, goofy, creative, energetic, and a jokester. If you were around Josh, he was either making you laugh or talking your ear off. He loved to play video games with his friends and also enjoyed the challenge of playing chess. Josh had a brilliant mind. He enjoyed studying philosophy, always brought super deep and insightful conversations to the table, and often spurred debates with his family members. Josh loved to longboard and Onewheel and was an incredible artist whose many drawings will be cherished by family and friends. He will be remembered for his great smile, sweet spirit, and great hugs.

Josh will be greatly missed by his mother, Debbie Broemer; father, Mwanga Williams; siblings Meagan (Tim) Bottrell, Mitch Polakowski, Eli Broemer, and Harper Williams; step-siblings Karly and Aliyah Williams; uncle, Robert (Joe) Broemer; aunt, Suzie MacIntyre; great-uncle, Tom (Deb) Chaput; many close friends; and all who knew and loved him.

Josh and his brother Eli grew up attending Trinity.
